The conference was organised in collaboration with the Rivista delle Società and was divided into three sections: (i) cross-border transactions, (ii) corporate law and regulatory competition, (iii) the European Delaware and capital market competition.
The event took place at the Convento dell'Annunziata in Sestri Levante (Genoa) on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 May.
